Definitions

In these Terms of Use, "ewePro" "App" refers to the web and mobile applications developed and maintained by Olio Digital Labs Inc. ("Olio"). "User" refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the App. "Data" refers to any information input into the App by the User, whether personal, business, or operational.

1. Use of the App

ewePro is provided as a tool to assist sheep farmers in managing their flocks. While we strive to offer a reliable and useful service, use of the App is entirely at your own risk. Olio provides no guarantees regarding the availability, accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the App or any data it provides.

2. No Liability for Data Loss or Accuracy

Olio is not responsible for any data loss, corruption, or inaccuracy resulting from the use of the App. Users are encouraged to maintain independent backups of important information. We do not guarantee that any data stored in the App will be retrievable or accurate at any given time.

3. No Guarantees of Uptime

The App may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or other reasons. Olio makes no guarantees regarding uptime, performance, or continued availability of the App.

4. Data Collection and Use

By using the App, you agree that Olio may collect, analyze, and use data generated through your use of the App. This data may be used to improve the App, develop new features, conduct analytics, and for other business purposes, even if you cease using the App. We reserve the right to inspect, aggregate, and utilize user data for internal and commercial purposes while complying with applicable laws.

5. Hold Harmless Agreement

By using ewePro, you agree to hold Olio, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, any damages related to data loss, inaccuracies, downtime, or decisions made based on data from the App.

6. Compliance with Laws

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
